The work that goes into having a healthy relationship with your mental health often takes a back seat to much of life’s other stressors. The reality is our mental health and the relationship that we maintain with ourselves is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. Therapy can provide a platform to explore what is and is not working in your life and provide a powerful opportunity to enhance your life, relationships, and well being. I look forward to helping you discover your personal strengths and taking control of your life.

I specialize in treating women’s issues and adults with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief and loss, and am LGBTQ+ affirming.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also have several years of experience treating adults with substance abuse concerns and provide substance abuse evaluations.
